Sons of Eden awarded eight medals, including a Platinum accolade, at the 2023 Decanter World Wine Awards
All of Sons of Eden’s eight entries into the prestigious 2023 Decanter World Wine Awards received significant recognition.
The highlight being the Remus Eden Valley old vine Shiraz 2020 receiving a Platinum medal, 97 points. This follows the remarkable ‘Best in Show’ for the 2019 vintage at the previous year’s awards.
In its 20th year, the 2023 DWWA attracted over 18,000 entries judged by top wine experts from across the globe, and is trusted internationally for its rigorous judging process. Only 125 wines received the Platinum accolade.
The other highlight was a Gold medal for the current release Zephyrus Barossa Shiraz 2021. In addition, there were 4 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals awarded for the other entries which is a testament to the wines of the Barossa and there standing in the world of wine.
