This wine has an impressive nose, featuring aromas of dark berries, rich flowers, and mixed spices. On the palate, it offers succulent fruit flavours with excellent weight, complemented by a smooth texture and polished tannins. The wine is beautifully rounded yet wonderfully structured, leading to a persistent, flavoursome finish.
Generous and aromatic with dark plums, blackberries, baking spices, licorice, cedar and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is full-bodied with supple tannins and a rounded, textural mouthfeel, finishing with a savory, fruit-driven edge. A plush and approachable GSM blend.

Marschall Barossa Valley Shiraz 2024
A wide range of fermentation techniques were utilised, but all involved extended skin contact ranging from 15 to 20 days. A cold soak period of up to 5 days occurred before a natural warming to start the fermentation. Upon completion the ferments were pressed to a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads, for malolactic fermentation and maturation.
Kennedy Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2023
All three varieties were hand harvested and fermented separately. To promote colour, tannin and flavour extraction the three parcels were cold soaked for a short period prior to warming for fermentation. Slow, cool natural ferments ensured fruit retention and mid palate richness. Post ferment the Grenache and Mourvedre vessels were soaked further on skins for an additional 11 days before being pressed straight to large oak puncheons for maturation.
Pumpa Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2025
Each Cabernet block was individually hand-harvested, destemmed and fermented in small 1 and 2 tonne open-fermenters. A combination of hand plunging and pumping-over cap management techniques were employed throughout the fermentation period. A short post ferment skin-maceration occurred for 5 days before being pressed off and matured in a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads.
The MARSCHALL is a Barossa Valley Shiraz, named as a tribute to the legendary Barossa Valley Vignerons who pioneered the planting of the old treasured vineyards, which the Barossa enjoys today. David Marschall was a man of many talents and in conjunction with growing exceptional fruit was a revered martial artist, actor and demolition expert. His legacy lives on through his vineyards within the Tanunda and Ebenezer districts, which make up the backbone of this wine.
The KENNEDY is a classic blend of old vine Barossa Valley Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre varieties. Named as a tribute to the legendary Barossa Vigneron’s who pioneered the planting of the old treasured vineyards, which the Barossa enjoys today. The Grenache fruit is the ‘soul’ of this blend and is from an exceptionally low yielding 50+ year-old Light Pass Vineyard. Originally planted by the Kennedy Family, with ownership eventually being passed onto the charismatic Leo ‘Joe’ KENNEDY who nurtured the vines for many years, selling his prized fruit to local winemakers.
The PUMPA is a blend of Eden Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Named as a tribute to Len PUMPA and his fellow Eden Valley Vignerons who pioneered and persisted in one of Australia’s most challenging but rewarding viticultural regions.
 Eden Valley had a mix of British and European settlers that tried their hand at grape-growing. When times were tough particularly in the 1920s many turned away from viticulture, however the Prussian settlers like Len PUMPA persisted in the face of difficulty, preserving with the vineyard resources we are custodians of today.
